### **After-Sales Policy**

#### **If the package has not been received**  

1. **Intercepting the package in transit**:  

   - The customer will bear the interception fee and round-trip shipping costs (same cost for return and initial delivery).  

2. **Refusing the package without reason**:  

   - The customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs or return the package at their own expense (COD returns are not accepted).  

   - Refunds will only be issued after warehouse inspection. If the product cannot be resold, no refund will be provided.  

3. **Lost package**:  

   - Defined as a package with no tracking updates for an extended period or marked as abnormal.  

   - The customer must provide a full screenshot of the order in **English**, showing the recipient's address, tracking number, and package value.  

   - After the claim is approved, a full refund or reshipment will be issued.  

   - Packages cannot be processed without the required proof.  

4. **Changing the delivery address**:  

   - The customer will bear the cost of address change operations.  

   - Address changes are not guaranteed to succeed, but the operation fee will still apply regardless of the outcome.  

5. **Package marked as delivered but not received**:  

   - No compensation will be provided if signature confirmation service was not purchased.  

   - Proof of delivery (POD) will be provided if requested.  

   - To initiate an investigation, evidence (e.g., door camera footage) of non-receipt must be provided. Investigation outcomes are not guaranteed.

   - **Refuse delivery**: If the package is visibly damaged, please refuse it directly.  

   - **After acceptance**: Provide photos of the outer box, shipping label, and product damage promptly.
